New development at Shrubbery Road, Gravesend ~ The 4 flats are having the final touches put to them ready for rental within the next month.

The flats are on the site of an existing Kingdom Hall. The main structure of the hall has been retained with a new basement formed with underpinning to the walls. A heat recovery system has been fitted to the basement flat and the amplifier for television aerial is powered via a small solar panel.

Works have commenced on the site clearance and enabling works for the new development of 21 houses at the site of The Old Mill at Darenth Road. The new scheme is situated next to the River Darenth, with the main works due to commence at the end of next year.
Final design works are being completed for the new scheme of 4 houses at Adisham, near Canterbury. The houses are to have hot water and heating provided using Air Source Heat Pumps and are designed to comply with Level 3 for the Code for Sustainable homes. The fencing and water percolation tests have been carried at the site this week.
