Since the foundations were laid in the 1920’s by Mr R J Billings, the Group has grown steadily and accumulated a wealth of experience.

R J & D E Limited started life as an agriculturally based property company on the Isle of Wight, since it’s inception it has grown into a multi-faceted property company developing high quality homes on the Island whilst also acting as a mezzanine funder providing private finance to well known house builder’s across the south-east. As part of it’s locally based holdings on the Isle of Wight, R J & D E Billings Limited is also developing individual high quality holiday homes.
