With a history stretching back more than 70 years, the Billings Group of companies is a well established property based group operating predominately in South East England and the Isle of Wight. Since the foundations were laid in the 1920s by Mr R J Billings, the Group has grown steadily and accumulated a wealth of experience.

Almost every type of development and refurbishment project has been successfully completed. The project portfolio bears testimony to The Billings Group skill and experience, ranging from one-off and multiple housing developments and health care facilities to shops, offices and industrial buildings. Commitment to quality and service underline the high regard in which a Billings-Built properties are held.

The Group, which continues to be owned and operated as a family business, has evolved into a multi-faceted property based group centred mainly around the Thames Gateway. The diverse asset base includes shops, offices, housing, leisure centres, golf courses, nursing homes, commercial property and more than 3,000 acres of prime agricultural land.

In June 2008 the group successfully completed the conversion of five barns based at Niton on the Isle of Wight adding luxury holiday accommodation to our ever expanding portfolio. Plans are in place to increase this further during 2009.
